Reservation Policy
Time of Arrival
Rooms are guaranteed by 4PM the arrival day. Arrivals prior to that time are subject to availability. Access to the room is in autonomous mode. Secured by an access code that changes with each stay, travellers can organize their stay at their convenience. The access code is sent by e-mail or sms a few hours prior to the start of the stay.
Time of Departure
Rooms must be checked-out for 12 PM (noon). All unauthorized late check-outs will be charged an extra day plus applicable taxes. Check-out is autonomous. All you have to do is lock your room and a member of staff will come to inspect your room.
Reservation
Your reservation will be confirmed only once you have received à confirmation number that you have guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Guarantees
A valid credit card number (Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.) is required upon reservation, as a guarantee to hold the reservation. Debit-credit cards are not accepted. In case of no-show, full payment will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. No refunds will be given.
Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is also requested upon check-in, to be preauthorized for an amount equivalent to the total of the stay, plus a deposit of $250 per stay. This deposit is deducted automatically 48 hours before the start of your stay.
Cancellation and modification policy
All reservations are non-cancellable and non-modifiable. Full payment will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. No refunds will be given.
Minimum age
Guests must be at least 18 years old in order to check-in at the hotel. All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Child policy
Children under 18 years old stay for free when sharing the room with their parents. A surcharge may apply when reserving packages that have other inclusions. A maximum of 2 children staying for free is accepted. Additional child will be considered as an adult.
Smoke free environment
We are proud to offer our guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited on all hotel premises. All violation of the non-smoking policy will automatically result in a $150 charge, plus applicable taxes.
Excessive noise
A $500 fee will automatically be charged for excessive noise in the rooms, common areas and hallways.
Pet
We do not accept pets in our establishment, either in the communal areas or in the rooms. Their presence is strictly forbidden. Guests who fail to comply with this policy will be charged a fee of $200 plus applicable taxes to cover cleaning costs.
Tax information
Quebec sales tax 9.975%, accommodation tax 3.5%, goods and services tax 5%.
