Rooms are available to travellers from 4 pm until noon the next day. You can arrive after 4 pm without any problem. Access to the room is in autonomous mode. Secured by an access code that changes with each stay, travellers can organize their stay at their convenience. The access code is sent by e-mail or sms 24h prior to the start of the stay. If you wish, you can also arrive earlier on the day of your reservation. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 100$ per night is required and will be returned to you at the end of your stay, following the inspection of your room.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by noon. Check-out is autonomous. All you have to do is lock your room and a member of staff will come to inspect your room. After the inspection, our systems will automatically release the security deposit made at the time of your arrival. The timeframe for receiving your deposit depends on your financial institution, but is generally released within one to five days.

Buses and semi-trailers must request permission from management before parking in the outdoor car park and, depending on availability, may have to park elsewhere as spaces in the outdoor car park are limited.
